Private Options
All Private Sessions are ONE HOUR in length. If you would prefer a longer session, please let me know.
Basics Option:
- Introduce proper breathing techniques(Ujjayi pranayama)
- Become familiar with the most frequently used poses in yoga and work on proper alignment
- Explore effective meditation techniques
Open Option:
- Use of Ujjayi Pranayama and introdcuction to other breathing techniques
- Review of proper alignment and more vigorous vinyasa
- Introduction to more advanced asanas
- Meditation
Advanced Option:
- Longer meditation
- Advanced pranayama
- Vigorous vinyasa
- Instruction of advanced asana
Private sessions are typically conducted at your home if space allows. If space is not available in your home, I will acquire studio space which will incur an extra cost of $25 per session.
Additional travel fees will be applied to the cost of the session if you reside outside a ten mile radius of my home. Please contact me for details.
