I have been named Head Yoga Teacher for Kure Spa and Wellness. I have assembled a team of 8 other teachers all highly qualified to bring yoga to Kure!
I'm so excited for this opportunity. The yoga studio is absolutely gorgeous and the mission of Kure Spa is one that most yogins embrace...learning to cure oneself of pain and dis-ease
through awareness of oneself.
Opening date is contingent right now on a couple of final inspections. We are aiming for November 2nd.
Address:
430 Main Ave. suite 802 - 2nd floor
Norwalk, CT 06851
(parking in back)

Here are some pictures of the yoga studio that I am looking forward to teaching in.
If it will be your first time to Kure Spa, here are some basic etiquette guidelines you should be
aware of upon entering.
1. Please be on time for class allowing enough time to check in with the front desk and set up your practice space. First time attendees, please
arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can fill out a waiver.
2. Classes start on time. If you arrive late to take class at Kure Yoga, the door will be locked and you will not be granted
admission into class. Apologies for the inconvenience.
2. Please leave your shoes in the little cubbies outside of the studio. The yoga studio is considered sacred space and wearing shoes into the studio is
considered disrespectful.
3. Please leave your cell phone with your belongings outside of the studio unless there is an urgent need for you to have it
with you. Please be sure to inform the teacher beforehand if there is an urgent need for you to have your cell phone with you.
4. When setting up your mat, please align your mat with the flowers on the floor to allow enough space for other students
entering class.
5. Please stay for Savasana. If you have a time constraint and need to leave early, please inform me
ahead of time and be sure to excuse yourself from class before Savasana begins.
6. Please be sure to place all blocks, straps and blankets used during class back in their proper space at the end of class.
PARKING:
Parking might be tricky at Kure. You can park in the front and back lots and we have been given permission to use the side lot of the EVEN hotel, right next
door.
With so much love and gratitude....
Namaste!
